Have you thought about visiting a club but going only as observers?

You can set the boundary that you are not going to do anything with anyone, you will just be watching. I saw plenty of voyeurs when I went!

Tell her if it's too much, you can both leave any time she wants. Tell her that the reason you have access to the club is because of her and that you are her guest! (Lots of clubs don't allow single men or make single men pay a hefty entrance fee.) She has the power, this is on her terms, but you want her to explore her sexuality. If she finds that it's not so bad, stay and chat to some couples and say that you're there only to observe and that it's your first time there.
