Curious cpl from upstate NY!!!

We are middle aged cpl from around the Albany NY area.  We have never participated in the lifestyle
but find it intriguing.  We are interested in starting slow to see if we can do it... Like maybe being in the same room with others, as we play...  This is our first step but hopefully not our last...  We are self concious about our looks and shape.  Are all swingers model shape and looking?  That would damper our spirits a little...

Welcome to the forum.  Swingers come in all shapes and sizes so please don't be self conscious about your appearance.  I'm not sure if the podcast is still up on Itunes, but John and Allie talk about that topic in one of the first few episodes.  If you can find it, check it out.

Welcome to the forum.  I think you will find that the Swinging lifestyle is a cross section of all of us.  There are some Ken and Barbies out there and they might tend to circle themselves with like folk.  But mostly you will find down to earth, friendly open people exploring their own sexuality and wanting to share it with others.  Good luck, take a calculated chance now and then.  I think you will find it quite a rush!
